Eddie Jean Humphrey was born on January 28, 1959 to the late Doris Louise Owens and Joseph Humphrey, Jr. in Blakely, Ga. And on July 23, 2019, she made her peaceful transition.
She received her basic schooling in Early County, Georgia. At an early age, she confessed Christ and joined Wesley Chapel A.M.E. Church. To know Jean was to love her.
She leaves to cherish her fondest memories, one daughter, Sherrell Humphrey of Blakely, Ga., Two grandsons Deion Humphrey and Justin Brackins of Blakely, Ga. One grand daughter, Lekeita Humphrey, Blakely, Ga.
Four great grands: Shy'yanna & Kingston Henderson, Jaxon Glenn and Konner Greene, Three sisters: Patricia Owens, Blakely Ga. La Rhonda Humphrey and Sandra Howard, Cocoa, Fl.
Sis brothers: Daniel Owens, Blakely. GA., Larry, Kenneth, Charles (preceded her in death) (Joann), Kelvin C Kay, all of Cocoa, Fl. ;Albert Hunt of Boston, Ma. And a step-Mother Johnnye Humphrey, Cocoa Fla.
