Obituary
As we celebrate the Home-Going of our sister, Mary Elizabeth Bryant, let us not forget the love and the memories she shared with us.
Mary Elizabeth Bryant known to many as “Mae Liz” the daughter of the late Elder Bryant Sr. and Vera Adams-Bryant was born on March 14, 1931.
At an early age, she accepted Christ and became a member of St. Paul MB Church. As an adult, she continued her pursuit of Christ by moving her membership to St. Maryland MB Church.
Mary Elizabeth was a strong woman with a quiet nature, standing firmly during fiery trials. Being head strong and unwavering were just a few of her traits. Her passion was spending time with her family (especially her nieces and nephews whom she loved.) She was passionate about her faith in God and her service to Him.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her sufficient other one, Jack Buford, Three brothers, Elder Jr., James and Lamar. Nieces: Mary Helen Chestnut and Ann Thomas; Nephew: Wayne Bryant. Cherishing her precious memories are two sisters: Mattie Pearl and Betty Bryant, Blakely, Ga.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Two sisters-in-law: Juanita Bryant and Mary Bryant.
Dear Aunt Mary,
We will never forget what you did for us, each of us has a story of fond memories with you. We thank you for empowering us to be the best people that we could be through the blessings of God.
We love you, (Nieces and Nephews)
