Mr. Dezzie Blackmon

              Mr. Dezzie Blackmon was born to the late Mr. Joseph Blackmon and Mrs. Peggy G. Blackmon on August 15,  1949.  He attended Washington High School. He joined Evergreen Methodist Church of Early County at an early age.  Later he attended “All About Soul Deliverance Church of Haleburg, Ala. ,under the leadership of Apostle Shawn Blackmon.

On August 30, 2021, Dezzie made this transition to be with the Lord at Southeast Health in Dothan, Ala. At 10:54A.M.

 Dezzie had several jobs between Ga. And Fla, until he became disable and his health failed him.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Three sons: Terrence Dezzie Lamar Blackmon, Sean Joseph Blackmon, Charles Anthony Blackmon, all of Canton, OH., Four Sisters:  Betty Jean Turner, Mary Jo Blackmon, Mary Ann Blackmon, Martha Ann Blackmon all of Blakely, Ga. Three brothers: Albert James Blackmon, Sr., Willie Blackmon ( Gladys ), Eddie L. Blackmon, Sr. (Elizabeth) all of West Palm Beach, Fla.

Dezzie has 8 grandchildren, 4 great grand children, 2 great great grand children.  Three favorite nieces, Pearl Williams, Baton Rough, La. Shatonda Stewart, West Palm Beach, Fla. Littlechawanna Lark, Hillsboro, Oregon and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing Friends.
