Dorothy (Doris) Hubbard

Reflection of Life

              Dorothy (Doris) Hubbard was born December 30, 1946 to the late Jimmy Montgomery and Brownie Pugh.  She departed this life on Friday, October 30, 2020, at LifeBrite Hospital in Blakely, Ga.

She is survived by her husband, Tyrone Hubbard (Blakely, Ga.) and three sons: Wayne Montgomery (Atlanta, Ga., Dennis Montgomery, (Blakely, Ga.), and Gregory Anderson (Kenya ), Blakely, Ga., She is also survived by one sister Ethel Henderson (West Palm Beach, FL), and step-son, Johnny Hubbard.

Three sisters preceded her in death: Mrs. Freddie Dell Montgomery-Patmon, (Ft. Gaines, Ga.), Mrs. Bertha Pugh (Blakely, Ga.) and Essie Mae Weaver (West Palm Beach, FL)

Dorothy was blessed with seven grand children: Brandon Lewis (Florida), Darius Williams (Blakely, Ga.), Amber Jones (Blakely, Ga.), Maliyah Montgomery (Blakely, Ga.) Nakhia Montgomery (Blakely, Ga.) ; Troy’quez Lee, (Blakely, Ga.) and Daniel Montgomery, (Atlanta, Ga.) and a God Daughter, Tiffany Glenn, (Blakely, Ga.) 

She was a faithful and loyal member of St. Maryland Missionary Baptist Church. She was survived by a host of loving nieces and cousins.
