Harry (Jr.) Lindsey

Obituary

           On August 13, 1954, Harry Lindsey, Jr. was born to the late Harry Lindsey, Sr. and the late Bertha Lindsey.  On July 26, 2021, Harry transitioned this life to be with the Lord at Southeast Health in Dothan, Ala. Harry Lindsey, Jr. attended Early County Schools and was a part of the class of 1972. He worked for The Georgia Cold Storage, cooking Good, and Pulpwood until he became disable, and his health failed.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his three daughters: LaTryssa (Shanelle ) Lindsey, Latoya ( Toya ) Lindsey, and Gabrielle ( Gabby ) Jones. He leaves 5 grand children: Tyaunni (Tia) Kegler), Zymiaya (Myal), Lindsey, Zyronica ( Angel ) Lindsey, Miasya ( Mimi ) Jones, and Jordan Leneil Milton. 2 great grands: Arielle Kegler, and Janiylah Williams. And a Special Niece, Cussonda Williams.

Sisters: & Brothers:  Earlene Lindsey, Barbara Tolbert ( Loyless ), Cynthia Glenn ( Daniel ) Emmette Lindsey ( Bernadette ) , Jackie Lindsey ( Carolyn ), Michelle Lindsey ( Edward ), and Ella Holmes ( Wayne )  Freddie Mae Lindsey and Curtis Lindsey preceded him in death.  Harry Lindsey shared a Special Bond with nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers, and friends, who loved him dearly.

If we could write a story, it would be the greatest ever told of a kind and loving dad who had a heart of gold.

We could write a million pages, but still be unable to say, just how much we love and miss you every singe day

. We will remember all he taught us , we hurt but wont be sad because he’ll send us down the answers and he’ll always be our dad.
