Obituary

 Daniel Glenn, Sr. was born November 8, 1942 to the late Ernest and Emma Glenn. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Ramsey Grove Baptist Church.

He was kind, lively, generous and affectionately known as ‘Buddy. He  enjoyed spending time with his wife and family. He was employed with Perkins Farms until his death..

He was called home to rest on January 10th, 2023 at Southeast  Health, Dothan, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Glenn, Brothers: Eddie C. and Emmanuel Glenn. Sisters: Lucille Gude , Mary Bell Thomas, Ernestine Alford, Edna West and Ilene Murrell.

Buddy married the love of his life, Lula Mae Early October 16,1963.  They were married 59 years  and was blessed  with six children. He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Lula Mae, daughter, Veronica Turner  (Ulysses  ), Daniel, Jr. ( Cynthia ), Randy ( Mary Helen ), Eddie (Vera ) all of Blakely and Robert Glenn of Columbus Ga., Sister: Sinella  Ross of Gilford,  Fla.

A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.. Sisters-in-law, Doris Lindsey, Gloria Thomas , Rena (Neville) Baker ,Palm Bay Fla , Pinkie Pankston , Blakely Ga  and Barbara Cox. ,Quincy Fla. Brothers in-laws Berry Early, Blakely , Robert Early , Orlando Fla and Joe Lester, Blakely  Ga.

Visitation: Friday 3:00 PM to 4:30PM
