Oscar Lee Kegler

Obituary

              Oscar Lee Kegler was born April 2, 1959 to the late Tommy Lee Kegler and Effie Bee Lester Kegler in Arlington, Ga.  He was raised by a loving auntie, Lillie Mae Williams who preceded him in death.

              He joined Willis Grove AME Church at an early age where he attended until in his life he moved to Orlando, Fla.  Oscar Lee loved hunting, plus his long fingernails and hair.  He ,loved spending time with his family.

On February 19, 2021, the Lord called his child home to eternal rest and peace, no more suffering on this side.  After a long hard fight with lung cancer, his time on this side expired. In addition to his parents and loving Auntie, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Jerry Lester, Robert Kegler and Tommy Lee Kegler

He leaves to cherish precious memories his siblings: Little Joe (Katherine ) Lester, Winder Lester. John ( Joycelyn ) Lester, Annie Wright, Mary Alice (Jerry ) Young, Mary Rhoulhac of New Jersey and Benjamin Kegler all of Blakely, Ga.  Sallie (Joseph ) Berrian of Winston, Calif., Annie Jewell Kegler, Orlando, Fl.

He also laves three special cousin who were raised as his siblings: Irene Williams and Arthur (Marion ) Williams of Damascus,  Ga. And Robert Early of Orlando, Fl.  and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends
